Join Nosto and dotdigital for a digital wine tasting from Sophie Bonnat, former Head Sommelier at Hawksmoor and Le Prince Noir, on the 10th of December.

Sophie is from Bordeaux and had worked for several years as Head Sommelier at Hawksmoor in London before becoming the Restaurant Manager of their Air Street branch. Amongst other responsibilities, she also judged at the Sommelier Wine Awards and traveled to Mendoza to do collaborative work with the Catena family to create a unique blend exclusively for the Hawksmoor Restaurants. Back in Bordeaux this year, she has worked as a Head Sommelier for a Michelin star restaurant Le Prince Noir where she kept learning about food and wine pairing.
