Nosto expands partner program with new ‘Platinum’ tier and Technical Mastery Certification, recognizing its most successful agency partners

New York, May 10, 2024—Nosto, the leading Commerce Experience Platform (CXP), today, announced updates to its partner program, including a ‘Technical Mastery Certification’ and a new ‘Platinum’ tier, to deepen its relationships with leading ecommerce agencies.

Nosto’s new ‘Technical Mastery Certification’ (now available within its broader CXP Certification Program) invites agency partners to gain a richer understanding of its platform’s technical intricacies so they can seamlessly implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Nosto, enabling more effective management and execution of client projects.

Crucially, agencies that certify team members from this new technical perspective will access new tiers of the Nosto partner program, and thus unlock more benefits. 

For instance, certifying at least one employee in the technical mastery course is a prerequisite for achieving Nosto’s ‘Gold’ partner status. Agencies that achieve such will be granted special and preferred pricing for their merchants within the $1-5M GMV bracket who take on all the services related to onboarding.

Similarly, certifying at least one team member from both this new technical perspective—as well as from a strategic perspective (through Nosto’s existing ‘CXP Expert Certification’)—is a key criterion for attaining Nosto’s new ‘Platinum’ level partnership. Aside from the certifications, agency partners awarded with Platinum partner status will also be generating at least $20k in revenue per quarter through referred merchants to Nosto.

Those who achieve Platinum partner status will be given preferred access to new business referrals by Nosto, co-marketing opportunities, any technical support, and participation in Nosto’s success through revenue share.
