Nosto’s Commerce Experience Platform (CXP) today announced a new integration with Mapp Marketing Cloud, a global leader in insight-driven customer experience solutions. This integration unifies marketing and commerce data, enabling brands to deliver hyper-personalized experiences across channels by seamlessly connecting both platforms and engaging customers with tailored content throughout their journey.

New York, September 17th, 2024—Nosto, the leading Commerce Experience Platform (CXP), today announced a brand-new integration with Mapp, enabling retailers to combine Mapp’s cross-channel customer insights, with Nosto’s advanced analytics. In turn, this enables brands to deliver hyper-personalized shopping experiences across channels, boosting customer engagement, sales, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

The integration simplifies coordination between marketing and ecommerce teams by connecting their tools, data, and workflows. Now, brands can seamlessly sync customer insights from Mapp with Nosto’s behavioral data, unlocking smarter, more cohesive commerce experiences across email campaigns and website interactions.

Simultaneously, Nosto’s behavioral segments can be exported to Mapp to create hyper-targeted email and mobile messages that align with customers’ preferences and shopping behaviors.

A key benefit of the integration is the ability for brands to combine Mapp’s marketing data with Nosto’s advanced segmentation and analytics, providing a more comprehensive view of customer behavior. These enhanced insights help brands refine both their marketing campaigns and onsite experiences, delivering highly targeted customer journeys that increase conversions and boost CLTV.

Additionally, brands can embed Nosto’s email widgets directly into Mapp marketing emails to serve personalized 1:1 product recommendations. Including these dynamic product suggestions within emails helps merchants increase engagement and sales, and can be set up within minutes.

Another powerful feature of the integration is the ability to push cart and search abandonment events from Nosto into Mapp’s Whiteboard, allowing brands to trigger automated workflows that re-engage customers based on their behavior. For instance, when a shopper abandons a cart or leaves after searching for an item, the integration can trigger personalized emails to bring them back to the site to complete their purchase.

Finally, the integration improves collaboration between marketing and ecommerce teams, providing a shared data set to create more cohesive and efficient strategies.
