Nosto Has Officially Opened Our New Office in Paris!
The Nosto French team, together with our CEO Matti Rönkkö and our Head of Sales EMEA Kevin Paiser, reunited on the Champs-Élysées to celebrate the launch of our new office in the heart of Paris. Together with our investors, Idinvest Partners, we welcomed our clients, tech partners and agencies partners for an evening of learnings – and plenty of celebration under the city of lights…
Besides the usual mix and mingle (this was a party, after all), here’s a brief rundown of the night’s agenda:
First, some inspirational words from our investors
We kicked off the evening with some words from Matthieu Barret, head of the Venture Capital department at Idinvest Partners. Matthieu discussed how the firm – who has invested in leading French companies such as Criteo and iAdvize – regards our product reliability and passion across our organization among the reasons why they believe in the power of Nosto.
Then, Team Nosto took the floor for some special intros + announcements
Our Head of Business Development in France, François Bouquet (pictured above), presented Nosto’s features to our audience. Our Product Manager, Romain Sassareu, then announced two of our most exciting upcoming features: customer segmentation and personalized content. Together, these features will enable online retailers to better identify and segment shopper personas – making it easier to deliver more relevant content to consumers.
Then it was time to address one burning question…
UX expert and author of Capitaine Commerce blog, Olivier Sauvage, addressed one topic on the minds of many in the room (and the world of ecommerce, for that matter): the future of UX.
Olivier discussed several predictions for 2020, including the rise of voice command and more simplified and personalized changes to the UX of leading brands like Amazon and Netflix. Needless to say, this conversation raised tons of questions from our guests!
For us, it’s more than just opening a new office.
Opening a seventh office reflects our dedication to extending the reach of our personalization solution. It marked the beginning of our physical presence in the French market – which, since 2013, was managed by our French team via our Berlin headquarters.
As a result, we will continue to expand our team in the French market to provide the best possible experience for our retailers.
Our Customer Success Managers will work closer with our many partners in the region to offer stronger support at a local level.
We knew that in order to build stronger connections to our clients and partners, a move to the French capital was a fundamental step. And not only is it crucial step in strengthening these connections, but it also reinforces one of our core values:
Empowering retailers to succeed.
