Stackla is a proprietary build Content Marketing Platform that enables its clients to discover, aggregate and curate content from a range of sources including Social Networks.

The Stackla Platform interacts with these respective Social Networks using application programming interfaces (‘APIs’) made available by the networks which enable Stackla’s clients to: (a) ingest user-generated content (‘UGC’) that is posted by users of social networks, and (b) curate and republish such content on their websites.

Stackla is not itself a publisher, but a technology provider that enables clients to become publishers. Decisions about whether to publish particular pieces of UGC are made by our clients and remain within their control and discretion.

As Stackla interacts with these third-party providers, both it, and its clients, are required to comply with the respective Terms and Services of these providers. Listed below are the respective Terms and Services and Privacy Policies of each of the vendors as well as information around how Stackla leverages each of the respective services.

Google

Stackla leverages the Google Cloud Platform to provide the following services:

Discover YouTube content

Rights Manage YouTube content

Provide Google Analytics Data

To provide these services, Stackla leverages the YouTube Data API and Google Analytics API.

The respective Terms and Services and Privacy Policies for these services are available below:

Stackla utilises the Google Cloud Platform OAuth Consent process to allow content creators to validate that they created a respective YouTube video (Rights Management) and for brands to bring Analytics data into the Stackla Platform (Google Analytics).

Any data collected and processed is consistent with the Stackla Privacy Policy.

Individuals and clients who wish to revoke access granted to Stackla or to any other third party via the Google Account Security Page.

Facebook

Stackla leverages the Facebook Platform to provide the following services:

To provide these Services, Stackla leverages the Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API and Instagram Basic Display API.

The respective Terms and Services and Privacy Policies for these services are available below:

Stackla utilises Facebook Connect to allow brands to Discover Content from Facebook and Instagram, as well uses the Instagram Basic Display API to allow Content Creators to provide Assets for our Rights Management and GoConnect products.

Any data collected and processed is consistent with the Stackla Privacy Policy.

Individuals and clients who wish to revoke access granted to Stackla or to any other third party can do so in Facebook on the Business Integration Settings page and in Instagram under the Apps & Websites Settings page.
